• Develop Low-Level Drivers: ADCs, pressure & temperature sensors, motor controllers, memories and comms ICs over SPI, I²C, UART, CAN.  
• Develop Application Layer Software: Design deterministic, multi-threaded control software on FreeRTOS (or RTEMS) for ARM-Cortex-M and other MCUs. 
• Architect & bring-up new hardware: Bring new boards to life (schematic review, pin-mux, BSP config, secure bootloaders, OTA update paths) 
• Verification & continuous delivery: 
• Build HIL/SIL test rigs; write unit/integration tests (Ceedling / Unity + CMock). 
• Wire coverage, static-analysis (MISRA, Coverity) and timing analysis into GitLab CI; every merge request ships with a clean report.  
• Build and maintain automated testing pipelines: develop unit- and integration-test frameworks for firmware and hook them into every pull request. 
• Streamline data flows and reporting: integrate test results, coverage metrics and issue tracking into our ERP system. 

As a member of our experienced team in Munich/Germany, you will work together with our engineers and operators on ground-based & orbital demonstrations for orbital refueling technology. These demonstration activities will be key to developing, building, qualifying and operating commercial orbital refueling services.

Als Mitglied eines erfahrenen Teams fertigest du komplexe Raumfahrtbauteile an modernen CNC-Maschinen und unterstützt den Zusammenbau kleiner Serien mit deinem handwerklichen Geschick. Du erstellst deine CAM-Programme selbst und berätst unsere Ingenieure in der Fertigbarkeit von Bauteilen.  

Du unterstützt unser Team in der Produktions- und Montageabteilung und trägst aktiv dazu bei, hochwertige Komponenten für die Raumfahrt und Wasserstofftechnologie herzustellen. Je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben: Bedienung von CNC-Maschinen oder anderen Fertigungsanlagen, Unterstützung bei Produktionsprozessen, Mitwirkung bei der Montage und dem Test unserer Baugruppen und Systemen. Mit deinem Einsatz stellst du sicher, dass unsere innovativen Produkte zuverlässig und termingerecht gefertigt werden – und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Zukunft der Raumfahrt und nachhaltiger Mobilität.

As a Commercial Engineer in our aerospace business unit, you will work closely with customers, engineering and procurement teams to prepare technical proposals and cost estimates for complex propulsion systems and fluid control equipment. 

As a member of our experienced team in Munich/Germany, you will work together with our engineers and operators on advanced cryogenic aerospace + LH2 mobility electric pumps for thrusters, satellites, spacecrafts, launchers and earth-bound transportation systems in the department of Motor Valves and ePumps. You will develop, design, analyze and verify your design – including hands on integration and testing your prototypes.
